Preparation
  1. Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips, aiming for uniform thickness for even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peppers and onions. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional spices. Toss until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned peppers and onions in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Check for doneness; they should be tender and slightly crisp. If needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
