Ingredients
  

  • 1 package mini hot dogs or cocktail wieners beef, turkey, or plant-based
  • 1 can crescent roll dough or biscuit dough
  • as needed cooking spray or oil for crispiness
  • optional seasonings garlic powder, onion powder, or poppy seeds

Equipment

  • air fryer basket-style or tray-style
  • Pastry brush or spray bottle for applying oil
  • Cutting board or flat surface for rolling dough
  • Knife or pizza cutter to cut dough triangles

Method
 

  1. Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) to preheat.
  2. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into small triangles for wrapping.
  3. Place each mini hot dog at the wide end of a triangle and roll it up tightly.
  4. Lightly coat the wrapped hot dogs with oil or cooking spray for a crispy finish.
  5. Place in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each one.
  6. Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and crisp.
  7. Let them cool slightly and serve with your favorite dips like mustard or ketchup.
