Air Fryer Pita Chips are crunchy, golden triangles of seasoned pita bread, made fast and fresh in the air fryer. Perfect as a snack or for dipping in hummus, salsa, or your favorite sauce!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large pita breads white or whole wheat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or any preferred oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp paprika or Italian seasoning optional

  • Knife or kitchen scissors for slicing pita

Method
 

  1. Set air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each pita into 8 equal triangles using a knife or scissors.
  3. Toss pita triangles with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and optional seasonings in a large bowl.
  4. Place seasoned pita pieces in a single layer in the air fryer. Do not overcrowd.
  5. Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway through. Chips should be golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from air fryer, cool slightly, and serve with dips or as-is.
