Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Grease a small, oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with both sugars until smooth. Then, add in the egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry mix to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10–12 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  7. Allow it to cool slightly, then top with ice cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and enjoy!
