Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Roll each biscuit into a small circle or flatten if using pizza dough.
- Place a teaspoon of mozzarella cheese and a few pieces of pepperoni in the center of each dough circle. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if using.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal well. Make sure there are no gaps for the cheese to ooze out!
- Lightly spray the outside of each pizza bomb with olive oil.
Cooking
- Place the bombs in the air fryer basket, leaving space in between. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove carefully and serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes
Experiment with fillings like ham, different veggies, or cheese types. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Unbaked pizza bombs can be frozen and cooked straight from the freezer with added cooking time.
