Ingredients

Dough and Filling
  • 1 can biscuit dough (or pizza dough) Use ready-to-use biscuit dough or prepared pizza dough.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) Shredded mozzarella for a gooey center.
  • ½ cup pepperoni (sliced) Add more or less to taste.
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional) Enhances flavor; optional based on preference.
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping) For serving.
  • Olive oil spray (for added crispiness) Lightly mist for crisp results.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Roll each biscuit into a small circle or flatten if using pizza dough.
  2. Place a teaspoon of mozzarella cheese and a few pieces of pepperoni in the center of each dough circle. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if using.
  3. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal well. Make sure there are no gaps for the cheese to ooze out!
  4. Lightly spray the outside of each pizza bomb with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Place the bombs in the air fryer basket, leaving space in between. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove carefully and serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
