Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into evenly-sized squares, about 3 inches each.
- In the center of each dough square, place a small amount of mozzarella cheese, a few slices of pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
- Fold the corners of the dough squares up over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring no cheese is escaping.
- Lightly spray or brush the outside of each pizza bomb with cooking spray or olive oil.
Cooking
- Place the bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space in between.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
