Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough Any preferred brand will do.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For that gooey goodness.
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni Or any toppings you love (sausage, veggies, etc.).
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning To enhance flavor.
  • Cooking spray or olive oil For a crispy finish.
  • Marinara sauce Optional, for dipping.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into evenly-sized squares, about 3 inches each.
  3. In the center of each dough square, place a small amount of mozzarella cheese, a few slices of pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
  4. Fold the corners of the dough squares up over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring no cheese is escaping.
  5. Lightly spray or brush the outside of each pizza bomb with cooking spray or olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Place the bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space in between.
  2. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
