  • 8 pieces Egg roll wrappers Look for fresh or frozen varieties.
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese Oozing gooey goodness.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices Feel free to substitute with sausage or veggies.
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce For dipping; can also mix into the filling.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Enhances the pizza taste (optional).
  • cooking spray or oil Cooking spray or oil To ensure a crispy finish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Set up a clean, flat surface for rolling the egg rolls.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
Assembly
  1. Place an egg roll wrapper on the surface, point facing you.
  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the wrapper.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll it up tightly (like a burrito).
  4. Use a little water along the edges to seal them securely.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray for crispiness.
  3. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd!) and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
