Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay one tortilla flat and spread a layer of pizza sauce on half of it.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese over the sauce.
- Add your desired toppings on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half, pressing down gently.
- Lightly brush or spray the outside of the quesadilla with olive oil to help it crisp up.
- Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.

Notes
For best results, consider using a pizza cutter for easy slicing after cooking. Store leftover quesadillas in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If worried about sticking, place parchment paper under the quesadilla.
