Preparation
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles (about 3x4 inches), aiming for 8 rectangles.
- Place a tablespoon of your chosen filling in the center of half of the rectangles, leaving space around the edges.
- Top the filled rectangles with the remaining pastry pieces, pressing the edges with a fork to seal and poke a few holes in the top.
Cooking
- Brush the tops of the pop tarts with the egg wash.
- Place the pop tarts in the air fryer basket (in batches if necessary) and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
