Preparation
  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into even-sized cubes, usually about 1-inch pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, if possible, for even cooking.
  2. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Check for doneness; potatoes should be golden and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. If needed, cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
