Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until smooth.
  2. Lightly dust your work surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry sheet.
  3. Use a round cutter or cup to cut out circles about 4 inches in diameter from the pastry.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin filling in the center of each pastry circle.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  6. Beat the egg and brush over the tops of each bomb for a golden finish.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place bombs in a single layer and cook for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
