This Air Fryer Quesadilla is quick, crispy, and bursting with melty cheese and your favorite fillings. Perfect for a speedy dinner or snack in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tortillas (flour, corn, or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend)
  • 1 cup cooked protein or veggies (chicken, beef, beans, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning or cumin (optional)
  • olive oil spray (optional)

Equipment

  • air fryer Crisps the quesadilla to perfection.
  • mixing bowl For combining fillings.
  • Tongs or spatula For flipping and removing the quesadilla safely.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked protein or veggies with seasoning if desired.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat. Sprinkle half the cheese, add filling, then top with remaining cheese. Place the second tortilla on top.
  4. Lightly spray the outside of the quesadilla with olive oil for added crispiness (optional).
  5. Place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from air fryer, let cool slightly, slice into wedges, and serve.
  7. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
