Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
  • 2 tbsp sugar adds sweetness
  • 1 tsp salt to enhance flavor
  • 1 tsp instant yeast for quick rising
  • 3/4 cup warm water activates yeast
  • 2 tbsp butter melted, adds richness

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast until evenly combined.
  2. Pour in warm water and melted butter. Stir to form a soft dough.
  3. Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough back into the bowl, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes until puffy.
  5. Divide dough into 8 balls. Place them in the preheated air fryer basket, spaced evenly.
  6. Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 12–14 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove rolls and let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
