Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Cooking
- Carefully place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if they have skin.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
Finishing
- Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with lemon and fresh herbs as desired.
- Enjoy warm, straight from the air fryer!

Notes
Store leftover salmon in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 3–4 minutes to keep it tender.
