Preparation

- Cut the pastry into rectangles (about 4 inches by 6 inches). Place a generous amount of sausage mixture along one edge and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with a fork.
- Brush each roll with the beaten egg for a golden finish during cooking.
Cooking
- Place the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in batches for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway for even crispiness.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
