Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels to help the coating stick better.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken pieces or spray with cooking spray, then toss the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
  2. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
