  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (for a smoky flavor)

Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, if desired. Cut them into even slices, about 1/4-inch thick.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  2. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh herbs if using, and serve warm.
