  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar for rolling
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon for rolling

Method

  1. Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients and stir until combined.

Notes

To prevent overcrowding, bake in batches if needed. For a crunchier exterior, add an extra minute of cook time. You can freeze unbaked dough balls for later — just add 1-2 minutes to the air fry time when baking from frozen.
