Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the flour, chopped nuts, and salt to the butter mixture until fully combined.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined air fryer basket, giving enough space in between.
  6. Cook in batches if needed, for 10-12 minutes until the bottoms are lightly golden.
  7. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes, then roll them in the remaining powdered sugar until coated.
  8. Serve them warm or at room temperature with a cup of tea or coffee!
