  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or ½ cup frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (canned or frozen, chopped)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional spices: red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning for added flavor

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, and any optional spices. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Cooking
  1. Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Spoon the dip mixture into an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer basket.
  3. Place the dish into the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and slightly golden.
  4. Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
  5. Scoop the dip with your favorite dippers and enjoy!
