- Wash and dry the squash, then slice them into ½-inch thick rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the squash rounds and toss until evenly coated.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for about 3–5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned squash rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Look for a golden-brown color and tender texture.
- If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from air fryer and transfer to a serving dish. Serve hot and enjoy!
