- Prepare the stuffing: In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Stuff the clams: Remove the clam meat from the shells, chop it, and mix it back with the stuffing. Spoon the mixture into each clam shell, pressing down lightly.
Cooking
- Air fry the clams: Place the stuffed clams in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray with olive oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Carefully remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
