  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend works great
  • 12 Taco shells Use hard or soft shells based on your preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water (if needed); simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Take your taco shells and generously stuff them with the seasoned meat and a sprinkle of cheese.
Cooking
  1. Place the stuffed taco shells in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overcrowded, for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Once they are golden and crispy, carefully remove the shells and let them cool slightly.
