  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh, drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice (fresh or frozen)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, chopped bell peppers, and diced tomatoes. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the peppers soften.
Assembly and Cooking

  2. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  3. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
