Method
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it preheat for 5 minutes.
- Lightly coat both sides of the corn tortillas with cooking spray or a brush of oil.
- Gently drape the tortillas over the air fryer rack or taco holder if you have one. Make sure they don’t touch each other too much.
- Cook the tortillas in the air fryer for about 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Keep an eye on them to avoid over crisping.
- The shells should be golden brown and crispy. Add a minute or two if needed but avoid overcooking.
- Carefully remove the taco shells and let them cool for a minute before serving.
- Load up your crispy shells with your favorite fillings and toppings!

Notes
Store leftover taco shells in an airtight container; they’ll stay crispy for a few days. You can freeze uncooked tortillas and air fry them directly from frozen.
