Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Texas toast (thick-cut bread)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the butter mixture generously onto both sides of each slice of Texas toast.
  4. Place the slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
  5. Air fry for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
  7. Enjoy warm with your favorite toppings or as is!

Notes
