  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder for a nice zing
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder adds depth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for color and slight smokiness
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley for freshness
  • Salt and pepper to taste season to your preference

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel to achieve a crispy exterior.
  3. In a bowl, combine the olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture evenly on both sides of each fillet.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness. The fish should flake easily with a fork when it’s done.
  3. Carefully remove the fillets from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute before serving.
