- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up for about 5 minutes.
- Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them into rounds or sticks.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd it; cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispness.
- Check for doneness; zucchini should be golden and tender. Cook a few minutes longer if necessary.
- Remove from the air fryer and enjoy while warm!
