  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds a savory kick.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Brings out the sweetness of the zucchini.
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional seasonings (paprika, Italian herbs, or parmesan) For added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up for about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them into rounds or sticks.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd it; cook in batches if necessary.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispness.
  3. Check for doneness; zucchini should be golden and tender. Cook a few minutes longer if necessary.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and enjoy while warm!
