  • 2 medium medium zucchinis, cut into fry shapes Cut about 1/4 inch thick for even cooking.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch) Panko will provide a crispier texture.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds flavor and richness.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cooking spray or olive oil To prevent sticking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut your zucchinis into fry shapes, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each zucchini fry in the breadcrumb mixture, making sure they are well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes to preheat.
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated zucchini fries in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  3. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately for the best texture.
