Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese. Mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and add any optional ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
