Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients: apple cider vinegar, flavored gelatin, water, and optional sweeteners. Prepare your tools (a saucepan and mixing bowl).
  2. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  3. Once the water is steaming but not boiling, sprinkle the flavored gelatin into the water and stir continuously for about 1-2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a minute. Slowly stir in ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar.
  5. If desired, add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup and stir to combine well.
  6. Carefully pour the mixture into molds or an ice cube tray. Let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before refrigerating.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours or until set. Remove from molds and enjoy.
