Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easy cleanup.
- Place the halved and cored pears cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each pear with melted butter.
Baking
- Bake the pears for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender but still hold their shape. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
- Evenly sprinkle the mixed berries over the warm pears, then add crumbled blue cheese on top.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts over each pear, and drizzle honey generously.
- If desired, garnish with fresh thyme sprigs. Serve your baked pears warm or at room temperature.
