Preparation
  1. Gather Ingredients: Measure out 1/4 cup each of chia seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine all the seeds to ensure they’re evenly distributed.
  3. Add Sweetener: Drizzle in a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Add Water: Gradually add 1/2 cup of water into the mixture and stir well.
