- In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble the ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain any excess fat.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well combined and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Gently fold in the tortellini, ensuring they’re evenly coated in the sauce. Sprinkle a handful of mozzarella cheese into the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving and enjoy.
