Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Season the Beyond Burger patties with salt and pepper. If you like a little extra crisp, brush them lightly with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. Cook them in batches if necessary.
  2. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Aim for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  3. Once finished, check if they have reached your desired level of crispness.
Assembly
  1. Place the cooked patties on burger buns, add your desired toppings, and dig in.
