Preparation

- If using pre-made pastry, cut out circles using a cookie cutter and press them into a mini muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blue cheese, cream cheese, and minced garlic. Use a fork to blend until creamy.
- Beat in the eggs until fully incorporated, then fold in herbs gently.
- Spoon filling into each pastry shell, filling about three-quarters full.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
