  • to taste optional natural sweetener (stevia, honey, or maple syrup) Use sparingly if you prefer a sweeter lemonade.
  • Ice cubes Keeps the drink chilled.
  • Fresh mint or cucumber slices (optional) Use as a garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather and chill your ingredients for best flavor and texture.
  2. Juice the lemons into a measuring cup, removing seeds.
  3. In a glass, dissolve blue spirulina in 2 tablespoons of cold water until smooth.
  4. Add the lemon juice and 1 cup of cold water, stir or whisk until well blended.
  5. Taste and add sweetener if desired, then add a pinch of sea salt for a mineral boost.
  6. Fill a serving glass with ice and pour the lemonade over it.
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig or cucumber slice and serve immediately.
