- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this into the butter mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to dollop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
