Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Stir continuously to avoid burning.
- Once the butter has melted, add the brown sugar and vanilla extract. Stir until it starts to bubble gently.
- Carefully stir in the baking soda. The mixture will foam up momentarily for light texture.
- In a large bowl, pour the melted toffee over the pretzels and fold until every pretzel is coated.
- Spread the coated pretzels evenly across the lined baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
