  1. Gather all the ingredients: honey, ginger, lemon juice, ginseng, and fresh mint.
  2. If using fresh ginger, peel and finely grate about a tablespoon. If using powdered ginger, measure out one teaspoon.
  3. Squeeze the juice from one fresh lemon, removing any seeds to ensure a smooth blend.
  4. In a bowl, combine the honey, grated ginger, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed to create a smooth paste.
  5. If using powdered ginseng, stir it into the honey mixture until fully incorporated. If using fresh ginseng, slice it thin and mix it in.
  6. Finely chop a handful of fresh mint leaves and fold them into your blend for an added aromatic touch.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a clean, airtight jar. It can usually last up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
Usage
  1. Consume one tablespoon of the blend in the morning on an empty stomach or mixed into a glass of warm water.
