  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt Adjust to taste.
Optional Enhancements
  • 1/2 lemon Fresh lemon juice Adds vitamin C and zest.
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup For sweetness, optional.
  • 1 scoop Electrolyte powder Optional for added hydration.

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients to avoid interruptions.
  2. Pour 8 ounces of filtered or spring water into a glass or shaker.
  3. Measure and add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Celtic sea salt to the water and stir gently to dissolve.
  4. Squeeze in half a lemon for flavor and vitamin C, enjoying the aroma.
  5. If desired, add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness and stir to blend well.
  6. Mix in any electrolyte powder you choose for enhanced hydration.
  7. Taste the mix before consuming to adjust the saltiness and sweetness as needed.
