Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle) Provides a fun shape that holds onto the creamy sauce beautifully.
  • 1 lb chicken breast Skinless and boneless for a lean source of protein.
Cheeses
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese Adds a sharp, tangy flavor.
  • 1 cup Havarti cheese Contributes a creamy, buttery texture.
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese Optional, for garnish.
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Adds crunch and vibrant color.

Seasonings and Oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For roasting and sautéing.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced, to be added to the chicken.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place broccoli florets and sliced carrots on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss well.
Roasting Vegetables
  1. Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and caramelized.
Cooking Pasta
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions (about 10-12 minutes) until al dente.
Cooking Chicken
  1. In a sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season cubed chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Stir in minced garlic for the last minute of cooking.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Once the pasta is drained, return it to the pot. Add cooked chicken, roasted vegetables, cheddar, and Havarti cheeses. Stir until cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
Serving
  1. Plate the pasta and top with a sprinkle of parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
