Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place broccoli florets and sliced carrots on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss well.
Roasting Vegetables

Cooking Pasta
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions (about 10-12 minutes) until al dente.
Cooking Chicken
- In a sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season cubed chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic for the last minute of cooking.
Combining Ingredients
- Once the pasta is drained, return it to the pot. Add cooked chicken, roasted vegetables, cheddar, and Havarti cheeses. Stir until cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
Serving
- Plate the pasta and top with a sprinkle of parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
