Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and quarter the baby potatoes.
- Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, smoked sausage, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well until evenly coated.
- Pour ranch dressing over the mixture and toss again to coat.
- Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and return to the oven to melt.
