Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and quarter the baby potatoes.
  3. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, smoked sausage, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well until evenly coated.
  5. Pour ranch dressing over the mixture and toss again to coat.
  6. Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
  2. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and return to the oven to melt.

Notes
