  • 1.5 cups dried cranberries provides chewiness and tartness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice. Beat until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dried cranberries using a spatula, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Baking
  1. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden and centers are slightly soft.
  3. Let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
