Prepare the Chicken

Mash the Avocado
- In a bowl, scoop out and mash the avocado with salt, pepper, and optional lime juice.
Assemble the Sandwich
- Spread mashed avocado on two slices of bread, layer shredded chicken and cheese, and add any optional toppings.
Toast the Sandwich
- Heat the skillet again and toast each side of the sandwich for 3-4 minutes until bread is crispy and cheese is melted.
Serve
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then slice and serve hot.
