Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Cut large pieces of aluminum foil at least 12 inches long.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, turkey sausage, potatoes, corn, and broccoli. Toss gently.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings; toss to combine.
- Divide the mixture among the foil pieces and arrange denser items at the bottom.
- Place small pats of butter on top of the mixture.
- Fold the foil to seal tightly.
Cooking
- Place packets on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from grill, let cool slightly, and serve carefully.

Cut ingredients uniformly for even cooking. Use two layers of foil for a sturdier packet. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, assemble packets but do not cook and freeze individually for up to 2 months.
