Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather and wash all your veggies. Slice your beef against the grain into thin strips.
  2. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Marinate the Beef
  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Toss the beef in the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Add the broccoli, stirring to combine, and let cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the remaining marinade with an additional tablespoon of water if needed and stir quickly to combine. Allow the sauce to thicken for about a minute.
  5. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds.
