- Gently stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dollops of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers appear soft.
- Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
