Method
 

Preparation

  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
Baking
  1. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dollops of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers appear soft.
