Ingredients

For the pie crust
  • 1 pre-made Pre-made Pie Crust Store-bought or homemade, pre-baked and cooled.
For the filling
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter Smooth texture; almond butter can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-sweet or dark chocolate recommended.
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Key for creating a creamy filling.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Peanuts For texture and topping; use salted or unsalted.

Method

Preparation
  1. Prepare the Pie Crust: Place the pre-made crust in a pie dish as per package instructions, or pre-bake if making your own.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  3. Make the Peanut Butter Filling: In another bowl, mix creamy peanut butter and more sweetened condensed milk until fluffy and spreadable.
  4. Combine Layers: Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the pie crust, followed by the peanut butter filling, and top with remaining chocolate mixture.
  5. Add the Peanuts: Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top, pressing lightly into the filling.
  6. Chill Until Set: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Slice and serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream or chocolate syrup.
