Preparation
- Prepare the Pie Crust: Place the pre-made crust in a pie dish as per package instructions, or pre-bake if making your own.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Make the Peanut Butter Filling: In another bowl, mix creamy peanut butter and more sweetened condensed milk until fluffy and spreadable.
- Combine Layers: Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the pie crust, followed by the peanut butter filling, and top with remaining chocolate mixture.
- Add the Peanuts: Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top, pressing lightly into the filling.
- Chill Until Set: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Serve and Enjoy: Slice and serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream or chocolate syrup.
