- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.

- Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise for about 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into about 24 small pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the pretzel bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the bites are still warm, brush them with melted butter and roll them in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
